Do you have any weight loss plans that helped you?
I feel that i’m overweight because im 115 pounds and only 5’2 please help me i need a Weight Loss Plan that works before swim suit season.
and i’m trying to weigh in the 90′s again
and what kinda exercises should i do?
i already do 60 crunches ,60 push ups and 20 jumping jacks and i do this every week
monday-15 mins walking
tuesday- 1 mile walk and run
wesday-1 mile
thursday-1 mile
friday- 15 mins walking
saturday- 30 mins walikng
sunday-45 mins walking
If you feel jiggly then just replace most of your carb calories with protein calories and lift some weights – then you’ll have a leaner composition. You are not overweight at all!
