Weight Loss??? Plz Help!?
Well, I am around 140 pounds at 5 foot 3, and this has made me very insecure for around 6 months now. I was gaining rapidly, I had gained about 20 pounds from August 2007 to October maybe??? And then over this summer I put on an unbelievable 10 more pounds, when I was trying to LOSE weight!!! I weighed 138 last night, and I was really excited, but tonight I am back up to 140, and it is really depressing. I just can’t seem to lose weight, even when I do count calories and exercise, and motivation has always been the biggest problem for me. Its kind of like “I already weigh this much, why even bother?” so I have a really hard time getting started with anything. Any good/not difficult to follow diet plans or inspirational quotes or anything is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much!!!
