  2. After dieting for these 11 days, STOP! Take 3 days off. This will keep your fat loss from hitting a wall, and will allow you to eat whatever you want, whenever you want, keeping you from ever getting bored!
  3. Create a new menu and go another 11 days! Step 2 will have re-set your metabolism so that your next 11-day stretch will be just as effective as step 1.
