
Question about reducing calorie intake to lose weight?
I’m 5’6, 140lbs and I want to lose 10lbs. I know I should, but I hate working out and have never been a person who enjoys physical activity. I’m eating less food in an effort to lose weight, it worked in the past accidentally, when I wasn’t eating much due to stress.
I know that eating less makes your body reserve more fat, but after a while doesn’t it adjust to your new eating habits and stop? This is the basis of my question…I’m not starving myself, just eating less calories (try to eat small things every few hours)…
By eating smaller portions and not eating seconds, no junk food and getting the sodas out you should lose it easy. In addition, you do need some sort of physical activity because even thin people can look flabby and it’s best to look toned and fit.
Find something you enjoy such as dancing, swimming, doing exercise videos that are fun like kickboxing you get the idea.
