In my quest I also found out that fruits and vegetables do a kind of magic-most of them make you feel full but the calorie content is significantly lesser than let’s say, white bread, cakes, and fast food. Diet is an important component of how 2 lose weight fast, but it amounts to nothing without regular exercise. To further remove the flab in my body, I also enrolled in a gym weight loss program. I started with doing treadmills and basic exercise routines, and after a few weeks I immersed myself into full body workout. Gladly, in less than 4 months, I reached my target weight.
